  "definition": "The average number of persons per room is given by the ratio between total persons and the number of habitable rooms of households.\nThe following are considered habitable rooms: bedrooms, dining rooms, guest rooms, offices (libraries), maintenance rooms, as well as the hallways whose area, height and natural light are those of a habitable room and hence are used for habitation. \nThe following are not considered habitable rooms: annexes and other areas (kitchens, verandas, vestibules, corridors, bathrooms, lumber rooms, boxes, etc.) even if they are inhabited.",
