  "methodology": "Monthly averages of total expenditure per household are obtained by reporting the total expenditure of sampled household total expenditure at household member. Expenditure are determined by current prices of each period. To obtain the balance sheet at total expenditure loans and credits paid back .CEC and other bank deposits as well as cash balance at the end of the period.",
